The conversion of a redundant HSBC bank on Great Missenden High-street into a specialist health treatment centre.

The conversion of this redundant bank involved taking the building back to shell and core and completely transforming the available internal space to create a reception, waiting room, 4 treatment rooms, full DDA and Health Care layout along with a large fitness facility. New mechanical and electrical services were installed and the entire building refurbished internally and externally. Healthy Balance wanted a soft and homely feel with a high-class finish while still complying with the Health Care Technical Memorandum, FSL delivered to their requirement.
