The contract was awarded to FSL by a joint venture between Hampshire’s biggest housing association and one of the country’s largest house builders, it involved taking a redundant 1930’s art deco locally listed building in the centre of a new development and turning it into 96 luxury apartments.

This project spanning over all five floors of a Grade A listed period building was restored back to its former glory.

Expansion made relocation necessary, FSL worked with Fagerhult to identify a suitable space, created a brilliant design, carried out all fit-out works and undertook the relocation exercise.

A sympathetic conversion of a former Coach House more recently used as commercial offices into high end apartments. FSL Developments took the project from the initial viability study through design to completion including planning, all internal, external alterations and landscaping.

The conversion of this redundant former office building into 56 apartments for private rent. FSL carried out all initial design work then delivered under a Design and Build contract.

FSL were awarded the contract to deliver a community theatre as part of a new apartment scheme under a section 106 agreement. The space comprised a 150 seated auditorium, practice area, bar and seating, changing and toilet facilities.
