Streatham Space Theatre

FSL were awarded the contract to deliver a community theatre as part of a new apartment scheme under a section 106 agreement. The space comprised a 150 seated auditorium, practice area, bar and seating, changing and toilet facilities.

FSL were awarded the contract to deliver a turn-key fully functioning theatre project. The works involved taking a recently created shell through fit out and commissioning to handover for the operator. A fully acoustic seated auditorium with stage lighting, sound systems, practice rooms, a fully functioning bar with integrated seating along with public and staff toilets were provided along with a complete mechanical and electrical installation.
