This project spanning over all five floors of a Grade A listed period building was restored back to its former glory.

A complete refurbishment of the interior services and finishes took place, included accessibility alterations such as a new internal passenger lift, external platform lifts and ramps. New mechanical and electrical services were installed, toilets and tea points were introduced and all internal period features were protected during build and fully restored such as the historic feature staircase, ceilings, flooring, doors, skirtings and architraves. The office was treated to finishes and specific materials suited to the period building. Externally the works included the refurbishment of the stonework, roof works, sash windows, the creation of front and rear landscaping along with the creation of a new car park to the rear of the building.
